The villa is the closest to the sea in the whole area, just 5 meters has private access to the promenade, an infinity pool that gives the feeling of diving into the sea below.
The pool is equipped  refreshing outdoor shower with hot and cold water, private garden and a large party gazebo that overlooks the bay.
To enjoy the sun, there are 2 sun loungers with canopy filter that tans and does not pass the rays, 2 beds adjustable wooden seat, 2 chairs and 2 umbrellas private.
 
The use of the swimming pool is shared with another apartment, but with areas dedicated exclusively to housing. Within the property there are 2 parking spaces.
 
The villa is fenced and there is a video surveillance system covering the perimeter intrusion detection.
The apartment is equipped with: LCD TV in every room, radio, music, audio and satellite tv channels, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and central air-conditioning system that keeps moisture in the apartment (with doors and windows closed) 45 ~ 50%, free WI-FI both inside and outdoors.
