Description

A modern building located on the seaside and near the Caletta Bay of Castiglioncello with a walkway to the waterfront.

The villa is surrounded by an oak garden that offers shelter during the hottest days.

In this unique location, you can easily walking and get the center, the marina, the pine forest and the main shops that are about 250 meters away.

The accommodations, one on the ground floor and the other on a mezzanine, are well furnished and fully equipped with every comfort.  Furthermore, each has its own outdoor space.

Shared services: laundry room, internet

In the residences, the arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays (unless otherwise specified).

  • Three-room-apartment on the ground floor (sleeps 5) (6 Sleeps )

    It has a large living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom

    with bunk beds, bathroom, a reserved parking space and an exclusive courtyard where  enjoying meals.

    It is furnished with a TV, a refrigerator with a freezer and a dishwasher. Shared laundry wit washing machine

  • Three-room-apartment on the first floor (sleeps 6) (6 Sleeps )

    Three-room apartment on the first floor (sleeps 6).

    It has a large living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (for two more beds),  a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, a reserved parking space and an exclusive courtyard where one can enjoy his meals.

    It is furnished with a TV, a refrigerator with a freezer and a dishwasher. Shared laundry with washing machine.
